Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor footwear purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition – unworn, undamaged, and unwashed
- Have all tags and labels attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Socks (Chaussettes, Chaussettes randonnée, Chaussettes randonnée femmes)
- Slippers (Chaussons, Chaussons d’escalade femme, Chaussons enfants, Chaussons femme)

Our team will send you a return authorization with an RMA number within 48 hours. - Ship Your Return

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
International Returns
For international customers:
- Mark the customs form as « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE »
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the order
Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- The credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete
Important notes:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For international returns, customs fees may be deducted from your refund
Exchanges
We process exchange requests as quickly as possible:
- If the item you want is available, we’ll ship it once your return is approved
- Shipping costs for the new item are your responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
- For price differences, we’ll issue a refund or request additional payment
